The shipment of your order is carried out via DHL, unless another option is selected. The delivery of goods within Germany is subject to the delivery time specified for each product.
Shipping and packaging costs within Germany
The costs for postage and packaging for a mail delivery within Germany amount to a flat shipping rate of €5.90, regardless of the weight, size of the package, or payment method.
As a rule, all items in an order are delivered in a single shipment.
Shipping within Europe
EU countries
smartrock ships across Europe with a flat shipping rate of €14.90 (EU). If your country is not listed in the webshop or if you have any further questions, please contact us via email at verkauf@smartrock.de.
Non-EU countries (Switzerland, United Kingdom, and Norway)
The shipping costs to non-EU countries are a flat rate of €20.00 for continental shipping. The shipment will be sent tax-free.
Please note that there may be customs duties and taxes applicable in the destination country, which are to be borne by the recipient.
Shipping to the USA and Canada
For shipments to the USA and Canada, we charge the following flat rates:
• DHL Standard Shipping (3-4 weeks): €59.00
• UPS Express Shipping (2-3 days): €69.00
The shipment will be sent tax-free.
